新加坡国立大学(NUS)工业系统工程系(ISE)现招收2012年8月入学的博士研究生，欢迎工程及数理背景的本科生研究生申请。希望申请者有比较好的数学基础，运算推导能力，以及编程能力。申请人不需要托福及GRE成绩，只需入学前参加NUS自己设计的英语口试即可。

Openings for Ph.D. students (with scholarship), starting from Aug 2012, to conduct research in the field of service systems, system informatics, and applied statistics in the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at National University of Singapore. Potential candidates should have strong analytical and quantitative skills. Specific research directions include

· statistical monitoring methodologies in service systems

· simulation based modeling and design.

· data-driven reliability modeling and maintenance
