Multiple PhD positions with financial support is now available
(starting from Fall 2012) with Dr. Ting Zhu in the department of Computer Sciences at State University of New York, Binghamton (a Research-I university, the highest rating issued by the Carnegie Foundation). Binghamton is close to big cities (such as Philadelphia, New York,
Boston, and Washington D.C.), which have a lot of potential job opportunities.

Dr. Zhu is focusing on the areas of Smart Grids, embedded systems,
mobile systems, wireless and sensor networks.He has published more than 20 papers in journals and conferences including NSDI, SenSys, MobiSys, INFOCOM, and ICNP. He is also actively collaborate with researchers from both industry and academia. For more information,

The candidate should have a master degree in CS or EE before joining SUNY
