Subject: help to advertise 13 PhD vacancies: open to all nationalities

Hi everyone!
We have recently launched the EU funded PARDEM Project with recruitment for
13 PhD research positions around Europe (three at Edinburgh) but
applications have been slow coming in, so I am writing to seek your help to
circulate and reach the potential pools of candidates around the world.
These positions are available now and will be filled by May 2010.

Each of these Fellowships offer a generous package paying over 40K Euros per
year for salary/allowances (to allow for taxes & social security
contribution). All tuition fees for PhD study will be covered. They are
open for all nationalities (EU citizens must satisfy mobility rule) and we
are looking for graduates in engineering, physics or maths.
